I agree with this. When I bought my Ram 1500 I could not find any ordered with 3.91s..( Or sure grip ..or the big tank. A whopping 350$ in options !)
My truck lugs at anything below 75 mph with 3.55s..
Hemis are not efficient at low rpms.

It’s not the Hemi, it’s the cam/gearing/usage/timing etc.
