Does anyone have any experience with this type of scissor lifts? There are several manufacturers and price ranges ($1600-$2500) out there. They all look pretty much the same. Leaning towards the HF one because it fits my budget better. Reviews are good and I can correct poor hardware or a questionable weld. Would love to have a two or four post lift but I simply don't have the space-width wise in my garage.I realize that it will block some access to the middle of the car but he rockers are more accessible than the ones that don't use arms. I've got a lot of body work to do and need as clear of access as I can get in the rocker areas. If I needed to, I could lift he car up and set on wooden cribs then pull the lift out to access the trans or whatever. So I'm OK with the limitations I'm aware of, what am I missing? And you can save the HF-China bashing, I'm well aware of what kind of crap they can put out.
If I had the money I think I'd try it. It looks like solid construction. It seems to work well and the reviews are good. I thought I saw it for quite a bit cheaper price not too long ago. That just probably means they are selling well. Any kind of lift has always been a top priority on my wish list. Go for it!
