Download manuals free, from MyMopar. Several of those, there, came from the guys right here. Also aftermarket wiring diagrams there
A decent "quick" diagram on the primary power distro is from the MAD ammeter mod article. That diagram gives a good overview of the main power

NOTICE there is NO FUSE to feed the ignition switch or headlight switch. The ONLY protection is the fuse link. So if you don't have anything at all with "headlights" or nothing at all with key in "run" or "accessory" there is only so much in the functional path that it can be..........
Battery terminals/ clamps/ cables.......and the other end of the cable, including ground
Bad connection at the starter relay, or fuse link. BAD CONNECTION THROUGH the firewall connector. Bad connection at the ammeter. Rare, but the welded splice can fail
