Postal money order?

I can see where a prolific seller might prefer PP. As a buyer, I'll probably continue to use USPS. I don't like paying the PP fees, and I don't like paying the added fees/interest charged by credit cards on these purchases. So I pay cash for the USPS mo. What I like to do for the seller is to take pic of the USPS mo I just purchased and email it to the seller, so that he can see the "goods" in advance of his receiving payment, so he's in the loop and knows it's for real.
I think some people are conflating USPS mo's with Cashiers Checks, and other private mo companies, which are more commonly forged.

I agree with the above!

I have bought many, many parts off of other members of this site, and also Moparts….and have paid for all of them exclusively with USPS money orders. I always ask the buyer for a cell number, and text a pic of the money order filled out in their name before I drop it in the mail. I think I will now start taking a pic of the receipt from the post office where I buy it, and send them that as well. A USPS money order costs the same, no matter if it's for $2 or $2000. I respect anyone's decision not to take that form of payment, but it just works best for me.
