Valiant will not start. Help!

I have a 1964 Plymouth Valiant V200 Signet, I was out driving a few days ago and after leaving a stop light, the car stalled and then would not crank again.
The gauge states that there is 3/4 a tank of gas in it (though I wouldn't rule out the gauge is wrong) so I went to the station and got 2 gallons of gas to put in it.
Although the battery stated it had 13 volts, I attempted to jump the car off to see if that would work.
I have been having problems with the wiring coming disconnected from the ignition switch, so I looked and reconnected those.
The car still will not start.
Any ideas on where I could go from here?

My 69 Dart just had the same thing. It turned out it was the ground wire at the battery. Is it cranking? Or dead? Gas and spark
