Ok, got in a 1979 dodge truck with a good running 318 engine. Looking at it, it’s dirty, but the freeze plugs are recent and had chrome valve covers, electronic ignition, Edelbrock Carb & aircleaner on cast iron intake, has power steering, recent alternator and truck exhaust manifolds. Not sure if it was rebuilt or original, but runs good and no burned smoke is good. Just really dirty. Also comes with a 727 transmission that works good. Package deal for everything is $500 and located in San Jose, south of San Francisco, Ca by 45 min. Will be in vehicle this week to hear run and out by next week. Looking to swap into a car? Just change oil pan and engine brackets. Pm for info. Mileage unknown as speedo was trashed when I got the truck.
