Does anyone have one or know where I can get one for reasonable price. I have come to find out mine is total junk. I would like to keep the car original so I am not into the aluminum ones

Sorry but you are kind of stuck. The stock rad splits the yoke so you have to get a small aluminum rad and then have custom side mounts installed to put it in the right place. Then the lower outlet will be in the wrong spot or with the wrong angle. I don't know a cheap or easy answer for you. I had mine re-cored.

Universal aluminum radiators look like carp. See here for a better way forward. It will cost money to do this job correctly no matter how you choose to do it.

how much did it cost you
I want to say $350 to $400. Sucks I know, but a $200 aluminum one that doesn't fit is no good either. I had bought and then returned a Champion Rad. It looked like if someone could weld aluminum it would not be a problem to fix the side brackets, but lower outlet still needed work.

60-62 cars have a very narrow engine compartment, smaller still at the front. If you want to cut and trim, anything can be done. But if your keeping what was there original, you have to rebuild the stock stuff or custom fabricate something. I have to run a thin crank bolt, cause I like to turn the engine with a wrench, and the stock fan, cause there is just so little room. In 63 they added a little more room.

Had the radiator done for $300. The problem is the distance from the fan to the radiator.

On the OEM rad. the distance from fan to rad, I small. Reworking a 63 ^ rad. is possible if you move the brackets, I am told.
