Do you not understand that Paypal is a business and for their services they charge a 3% fee for secure money exchanges so we don't have to pass out OUR credit card numbers to every stranger out there. PLEASE tell me this is sinking in. Friends and Family is there for guys like me that truly want to send money to a Friend or Family member. Its NOT for goods or services.
