Has anyone ever tried or considered taking a set of Holley 6 pack outboard metered plates and tapping them for use of the Holley jets, creating your own adjustable metering plates? Forgive me if this is common or has been done, I searched and did not find anything. I have never seen a set of Promax or other plates up close so I do not know the difference and my knowledge of Carbs and 6 packs is minimal. I am looking to get a set for my car, but have a handful of Holley plates and was wondering if I could just tap them for the jets. Thanks in advance all.
