Yes, the only difference in the timing chain covers from the late 60's to the 70 and later is the timing marks were moved to accommodate the lower radiator hose outlet moving on the water pump...
The lower radiator hose outlet was moved to the opposite side from the early to late timing covers and the timing marks moved 90° to the opposite side....
