can you mic the OD without any paint buildup? That would help with the spring rate.
 
what are the part numbers that tell us what spring rate they are? Are the 318 bars, 340 bars, 383 bars? They are going to mic .830, .870 or .890 OD. maybe 888, 890, or 892 as stamped numbers on other end?
