then that falls back to management. heads must roll.. violate a safety procedure and you should be fired. this is direct reflection of poor management and lack of training.. saftety should be pounded into their heads until its the norm..
Time for desk to get cleared out. I am surprised you are still in operation. The staff you have may not be on point but those type of injuries should not be tolerated period. I always tell people that when you feel you safety is compromised at work stop right there. FYI- I work in the Printing industry and we have equipment that is to be taken seriously at all times.....
