Dart Freak75 - don't cost you anything to see what's out there. You might find better pay at a place that is serious about safety! Better to look now when you are at the top of your game than trying to find a new job after a machine takes your hand. Best of luck to you!!!
That's actually great advice. I am not worried about my safety for the fact that I am aware of my surroundings and I follow the rules however I dont like working for a company that doesn't care more about their employees.
I know there is nothing in this area but I am thinking outside the box. And considering relocating out side of Va. There is nothing keeping me here besides my job anyway.
