67 Barracuda, worth the asking price of $3800?

Not my first rodeo, have done a bunch of VW's, picked up a 64 valiant convertible project to get back into Mopars. I do everything myself except paint and body.
Then it all boils down to if you are happy with a total project, and hunting the parts for it. You understand the time frame, the amount of work and $$ the parts hunting, all before it is a worthwhile car on the road.
I see so many people buy a project and 10-15 years later it is still not on the road, or they take it all apart and sell it for pennies on the dollar of what they paid to start with!! I know, life gets in the way.
I have owned many since mid 80's, in general, I bet you are OK to give that $1800. If you can do the work, and enjoy it, and that is the car YOU want, I say, giver her Hell!
