Sorry about that, I been searching any threads about swapping wiper motors. Your photo at least gave me hope to order the arm and bushing for my miss guided swap. Again sorry for being photo pirate!

From what I have found out the offset bushing is for the 3-speed/varible motor and the black one is for the 2-speed motors.

For what it's worth....The white bushing I pictured & used for my car is for a 2-speed wiper motor. I had alot of trouble getting the linkage correct too! Best of Luck :thumbsup:
