Huge joke... I have a small residential construction business. The amount of money I pay for wsib, working at heights training certificates is astronomical. 31 years with no accidents and still lumped together with all the "meatheads" out there. COMMON SENSE for employees and bosses (management) goes a very long way towards zero accidents. I tell my employees over and over that I want them going home to their families every night. I catch you doing something stupid...it will be your last day of work.
