Bad accident at work....again

Yea that is an accident waiting to happen. That is somewhat similar to what happened to guy number 1 at my work I found out!!
He was cleaning the auger knife with a rag and the rag got stuck in the auger pulling him into the knife! Ouch I couldnt imagine!

My old man lost the tip of a finger while loading a new cable on the winch spool on a 60T crane. Cable has to be guided on the first time to get the wraps right. One little stray wire grabbed his glove and into the spool it went. Of course after the fact they told him to use a rag instead of gloves. "Just let the rag loose if it get's hung up". "Thanks for the heads up butthead. Little too late for that".
