The question actually is:
Would a modified original 318 car be worth more than a comparably modified slant six car.
Say you have two cars of the same model and same year, but they have been modified the same. Say they both have a Cummins diesel because some of you can't compute a 340 in a car without comparing it to an original 340 car which has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Ok, so you have two 72 dusters, both with Cummins diesels and associated suspensions. Updated cars you can drive with nice paint and interiors built the same by the same builder.
Would the one that was originally a 318 be worth more than the one that was a slant six car. Simply because the vin carries a G on one and C on the other.
