Stumbled into it....

Slowly moving along, cam bearings were tight, got another set and the second from rear cam bearing had to be lightly honed.

Got it to move smoothly by hand with the gear on the cam, and buttoned up the xe256 with the new timing set. Got new rod and main bearings and rings in and the bottom end put together.

Heads hopefully done this weekend....

Then I'll plug in the new ceramic super comps and performer intake and get it back in the car. Hopefully a solid 318.
