Settings A/F on EFI

14.5 seems optimal from most of the info I have seen here and elsewhere. After that you will have to be careful about detonation issues if your timing is not spot on. I try to stay around 13.5-14 to be safe. I am running a carburetor though.
Your recommendation is by the book and I have mine set at 13.6 at idle and 14.3 at cruise, but I believe it is running rich at those settings.
