Sadistic b......

My wife is on a medical retirement because of her back. Sometimes its nice just having a little hope things will get better. In my prayers, Doug.

Sorry about the Mrs. Thanks for the prayers...

Bit of an update. OI had the CT guided Epidural yesterday. After inserting whatever they use to get the steroids in the doc pushed some iodine in, did not like the way it looked and decided a second attempt would be in order. Typical of when I have steroid injections I was wired last night, hardly slept. Woke up to a pleasant surprise, a noticeable drop in pain. I loaded all of my camera gear in the truck and headed out to the Airway X, the motocross track. There is a 2 day race going on. Have had a lot of rain the past couple of days, place was a swamp. Was digging thru my bag of junk I haul, forgot my pain meds. Have been wanting to climb the big dirt pile they have the end of the track, looked like a good perch for a fat guy with a camera. In the past I would have never done this, as any type of incline was brutal on my back. Went up & down the thing at least 15 times today. Back was hurting, almost to the point of prior to the shot. BY the time I made the hour trip home in my truck...back to how I felt this morning when I left. Hmmm....
