11" Disk Brakes on 14" Wheels

Looks like you need to get all the parts in one location and do some measuring.
 
IDK about 14 in Vector rims so no help there. I do know that 14 in rims will fit over the standard 73-76 A Body disc with the 10.75 calipers. If The M Body stuff has the 10.75 caliper adapters the Vectors might fit even though the spindle is just a bit taller than the 63-76 A Body stuff. I agree with the other poster everything needs to be installed and checked for sure. Good luck on the swap.
 
Your biggest issue maybe offset of your wheels. The newer discs add to the width of your front track. if there 14x6 with a narrow tire would probably work. If 14x8 then you might have issues.
