I had asked the wife earlier in the week what she thought about a drive with the convertible today. She thought it sounded good. Well, today arrives and it's currently 31 degrees and snowing and now she's no longer interested in cruising with the convertible! Supposed to be a high of 44 for the next six days with rain/snow ........ so I guess there will be no top down around here.

Aw come on man, I remember driving my first convertible through McDonald's, January 1970 in Minnesota with the top down and the heater blowing full blast! I just couldn't wait for warm weather. Of course, people looked at us like we were crazy. But so what it was fun!
LOL.

LOL.
Back when I was in high school my buddy had a 1966, 289, 3 speed Bronco that his dad gave him after it had been rolled. He cut the top off including the windshield and we drove around in that thing year round, including to A&W (we didn't have a McDonalds then) in the middle of winter.
I guess I've gotten soft over the years and require a nice warm sunny day for top down cruising:)

Yeah, me too for sure!

I feel your pain! 94 degrees and 95% humidity! No top down for me either! A/C on max cool!

I might want to trade the convertible for a plow that fits my pickup!

And now today, it's supposed to snow all day. Supposed to rain/snow every day until June 3.

The weather folks tell us that the earth, since it is warming, holds more moisture. The warmer lower atmoshphere drives that moisture into the higher cold atmosphere which producs later, heavier snowfall.

Yes, and it's far better than tornadoes, flooding, etc.! I'll take snow any day over those things!
