Seven hours one way Fargo to Omaha. Jaws beat me by about fifty miles or so for longest traveled. He went home with some bling. He down plays his car but it is very nice as well. And he had some spare water when I was seriously dehydrated!

Good luck on the blueberries. All varieties seem to be particular on the soil. Acid for sure. Have you talked to the county extension folks for types and varieties for your area?
If you had a growing season it would be easier.

And you need two to ensure proper pollination. We grew blueberry bushes when I was a kid, and you need at least two. Also, you need good anti-bird netting when they begin to set fruit.
My Dad skipped the netting and all we did was feed the birds! LOL!
You should have seen the look on my Dad’s face when the berries were near ripe one day and completely gone the next.

We had a brush fire a dozen years ago or so. Brush fire catches peet bog on fire. Almost every morning we have a breeze from the SW which put me downwind of the peet bog fire for the 3 months it took them to get it out. That aroma got old after the first couple mornings

I know that many ancient civilizations used grazing type animal droppings for heat and cooking. They would have felt right at home anywhere around that peet bog fire
Peated scotch gets its peat moss flavor from the distillers drying grains with peat fires. The Scotch picks up that flavor. Some like it. I don't if it's very strong.

Not by choice. Major accident just down the road. Very ugly. Truck/car head on, then one bounced into a pole and the other into several parked cars in a guys drive way. Power is out for at least the next 6 hours.
