‘66 Barracuda hood latch assembly

This is what I’ve found, it looks to be the right size for the holes in the core support, but I don’t see any way to unlatch it. Is this missing some kind of release handle?

The lock was released via a remote handle and link located to the right of the lock between the grille top edge and hood lip. The handle part number is 2802813 and unfortunately appears to fit only the Valiant line, not the Dart models. Link part #: 2583080
