It’s a Federal pump.
Years? But they were on earlier cars, but my 73 Duster had one on it.

The larger return line was 66 and earlier.

That looks like a Thompson/Trw pump. Does it have a threaded hole in the center of the pump shaft? I don't see a hole. Hole is federal, no hole is Trw. If your rebuilding the kits are different.
My TRW pump had a press on pulley same as OP. Bracket looks the same as well. Original 67 cuda sb.

I have them all for the 1966 the pump is from later model, it is not in my shop manual or parts DVD catalog...
