No. Actually it is TOO SMALL for an EFI return. You MUST have a vent. You really need to look up your specific year/ model and get the service manual as these systems changed through the years. If you don't want that system or part of it, you need to provide a vent. Look up the 69/ earlier cars, they are a simple tube welded into the filler tube. They work well
