Parts lost in Shipping, Good FABO member covers it.

Bought a 72 A Body front sway bar from a member here "ValiantPatrol".

Was shipped out through USPS back on 2-1-19. The sway bar gets lost during shipping from Arizona. Kept up communications with ValiantPatrol and he was doing what he could from his end. Tracking number can't find it, says it was sent to the Reclamation Center in Atlanta GA for lost mail. Filed all the proper paper work with the Post Office with pictures and addresses, patiently waited 4 months for them to find it but no joy.

Finally decided it was a lost cause and it is lost forever. Sent an email to ValiantPatrol and said time to throw in the towel, I will pay half the costs of the sale plus shipping and he could credit me back the other half and call it a day.

ValiantPatrol said he did not feel right about how this all turned out, apologized for any delays this created, and refunded the Full Purchase Price including the shipping here last Thursday May 16th over 4 months after it originally shipped out.

It's is great working with good FABO members, when an issue arises they take care of things properly.

The silver lining to all of this is, to contact FABO members about parts they have for sale I had to sign up and become a member myself to communicate with the parts sellers.

Any minor inconveniences from the lost shipped sway bar, have been way outdone by all of the pleasantly surprised Good Experiences from becoming a member of this site myself. Meeting people from all over the United States, Canada, England and Brazil. Just quite amazing, such a good time, sharing what we are working on and get to see what others are working on, and sharing in all the fun of everyone owning these classic mopar cars.

So Yes, such a great experience being a member here.
Well run site, with lots of knowledge to be had along the way.

Thank You ValiantPatrol for being a Great Member to deal with.
