Trying pretty hard to make sure its not a exact copy of the Ford GT

It’s a mid engine supercar. The engineering and aerodynamic requirements just don’t allow much variance to maintain the level of performance required. There is only so much that can be done with aesthetics variation and stay within the required parameters.

That's the new Vette, I'm not sure I agree with them taking the car that route.

I feel the same, they've been kicking it around for years, with its front engine history i think it should have stayed that way. I've been trying to catch a glimpse of one but haven't yet I don't live very far from the plant and am in Bowling Green quite often, I remember seeing a C6 mule back before it came out.

The corvette, not that I care much because im not really a fan, but its going from a 80k car to a 180k I would guess. I think they have done amazing things with the Vette in the last few years as far as performance, why did they feel the need to make it a super car that so very few can afford..

I think they should've made a retro one like dodge did with the challenger, bet sales would go through the roof.

Wait til you see the new FWD Mustang. It's comin.

Is it like this? Ken Block's mustang is seriously badass and he is a amazing driver, if you haven't seen his video's I recommend you have a look its impressive.

By the way I hope you meant four wheel drive, not front wheel drive, front wheel drive Mustang would make my stomach turn....

Well get ready for it to turn, cause that's what I meant. They've been in bed with Mazda for years on it. It's coming. It's not an if but a when.

Kinda made me think about all the talk of a new Barracuda, I was pretty excited until I heard rumor they planned on making it a 4cly or 6cly car made me wanna puke also. If the do make that car with a Hemi ill likely buy one.

wasn't the "probe" supposed to be the "new" FWD mustang.....

That Cuda looks just like a reconfigured Camaro Clown car to me. Na don't like it.

This is showing up about 40 years too late.
There isn’t a good reason to make a mid-engine street car, all out race car is a different story.
Cars are much heavier and engines much lighter now so the advantages of a mid-engine design are less then when we had cast iron engines.
Plus in a front end collision you don’t want the engine behind you.
I think Chrysler has a better idea with the TrackHawk: a high performance all wheel drive vehicle you can actually use.
