BORGESON steering box

Does anyone have direct experience with both the Borgeson and FirmFeel Stage 2/3 boxes in the same platform? I'm curious mainly about performance and feel. Both have their pluses and minuses in various categories but I was hoping someone could comment about on-center feel and such. A horse a-piece or is there a clear advantage?
I asked this over at the FBBO site. I am considering a Borgeson to replace my Stage 3 Firm Feel unit. The Borgeson is a large chunk of cash for something that isn't needed BUT wanted. I am not willing to make this swap if the gains are not worth it to me.
I currently have the Fast Ratio idler and Pitman so the ratio is closer to 12 to 1 but that damn slop in the center of the wheel travel is really annoying. It only gets worse with these FR arms and a Firmer Feel rebuild job because when the effort to turn is higher, the loose slop is much more evident. If the Borgeson eliminates ALL of the slop then I could see this as a worthy upgrade. If and when I do this, I will buy from BAC...Peter is a smart and helpful guy.
