I have had 8 of these dist and the cars always went faster with them when set up correctly, SB or BB I have them in many motors and they work better than any dist I have used. They have a big ball bearing in the top of the shaft above the tach drive and it is super tight no play ever, they used good bearings back then. Sometimes old technology is better and this is one good distributor.
