64 Valiant spare tire hold down

Hey Guys/Gals.
I need the hold down bolt, wing nut and round tire plate for my 64 Valiant. I'm yanking out a fuel cell that was sitting in the trunk and want to get a spare tire back in it's place. Tell me what you have and pictures are a must.
