Yes, the spindles and brakes will work. Keep in mind you will also be changing the bolt pattern to 5x4.5".
You'll either need a set of ball joint taper adaptors (
Mopar A-Body Upper Ball Joint Tapered Adapter) or a set of large ball joint A-body UCA's.
The lower ball joint has a different bolt spacing, so you'll need that. The master cylinder should be swapped, I'd recommend a 15/16" master cylinder

All the hoses should be replaced regardless. I would also consider new wheel bearings, brake pads and rotors. Depending on the condition of the stuff you have of course, but if it's been laying around I would change all that stuff.
