Schumacher motor mount install - does this look right?
Yeah, I double-double checked the the mounts were installed correctly. And of course checked again, the instructions clearly state the mount with the 1 3/8s access hole goes on the passenger side
There are no obstructions - the oil pan clears and can't see anything else (disti, etc hasn't been installed) and only headers have been installed but not connected to the exhaust yet
I am debating two approaches, there is a chance the insulator to bracket bolts were not tighten enough. 1st I can loosen the insulator to k frame bolt (which returns the insulator to correct position) and than check insulator to bracket bolt, make sure it is at 75 pounds. Then retighten to k frame - more incrementally than before
If that doesn't work = redo everything - but this time leave the bracket to motor bolts until last (there is some design play in them)
