Fuseable link, just upstream from the starter relay, going into the firewall bulkhead connector. This feeds the fuse block,ignition switch, lights and everything under the dash before it goes to the alternator.
I'll bet if you check for 12 volt power at the alternator, it is dead. Good luck.
