Absolutely it will run just fine at low RPM, it was designed to be a street intake with race manners up top. It's been dyno tested, street tested and pretty much most people agree, its one of the TOP performing intakes for the RB. especially in a street package. I'll put it this way, IF you get the Street Dominator and for any reason do not like it, I'll trade you it for my Torker II.
