273 Commando VC purchase issues

I bought these from dart4forte a few days, these things are dare I say the word MISMATCHED ABORTIONS, and not what I expected, so I'm reselling them pronto, You can go look at the pics from about May 22, when Dart4forte posted them for sale, and if You look closely at his posted pics, the fins are installed on the wrong side of the VC, hence the wire tabs would be at the top instead of the bottom, when I received them they were correct, go figure, (you can see the tube of RTV in the pic, twice.
The stove pipe VC seems respectable, there are a few dings in the VC gasket rail, it does seem original and the gasket rails not altered, the aluminum fin inserts do sit flat.

The PVC side, Pass side is, shall we say, not kosher, the gasket rails have been ground/ trimmed on the intake side to clear a late model/ aftermarket intake, and there is still gasket residue on the VC and the gasket rail on one end looks to have been dropped and will need to be straightened as various other sections of the rail, not sure if this will affect the "powder coating" or not when i't's straightened out. The aluminum fins on the PVC side are not sitting flat on the VC, you can actually see daylight under the fins, the VC is probably not an original HI-PO/ Commando VC but a later model VC with the fins added since it takes the later model grommet/push in style PVC valve.
When I received these VC's I contacted the seller, dart4forte, he said the pics "speak for themselves and a deal is a deal"
