Is it a trailer queen type show? Are projects in the works / barn finds etc accepted or shunned?

It’s not a trailer queen show, Rust buckets to show cars almost everyone races. There’s also a Mopar Swap Meet and car show. I go every Year...It’s a Great Time!

I'm thinking about it but convertible with top down and potential for rain, and an hour+ drive home are not compatible
If you drive fast enough, the rain goes over the top. Can't let that stop you.
top will go up, there are just more holes than top.
Last local car show I got caught at a light.

What do you Bandimere locals think, Convertible with essentially no top? Do I risk it? Hour+ drive to get home!

If it does rain at the show, it usually only lasts a few minutes, or it moves in at 3-4pm and its easy to see it coming, giving you time to make a break for home if you want.
I say do it, its more fun when you have your car there.

Even if you don't bring your car, you should show and meet some good people.
Guess I'll decide in the AM. I'll bring some tarps!

Looks like I'm committed... (or should be)
I put the top up and rigged some plastic to cover things should the worst happen.
Took two people to pull the top down far enough to latch but it can be done!
Put top back down and got two new tears!
Regarding tickets, buy at the door? I looked online and it doesn't look like you can but show tickets online. Did I miss something?

I’m really not sure. I usually get there and when I drive up to the parking booth, I’ll tell them what I wanna do. They should ask you what you wanna do. Spectator,Racer,show,All.. And I Usually go from there.
