I'm a very lucky man!

I know I don't post much but, I wanted to share this story. You know how they say your life can change in a moment, believe it. Roughly 19-20 years ago I was Mopar muscle rich, 67 R/T's and GTX's, numbers matching 68 & 69 BB GTS's, 2 70 Challenger conv.'s R/T & 6 cyl. The cars were by no means pristine but were decent. Then the dam broke, owner sold the business where I worked and where all my cars were stored. Moving into a new house and dealing with an alcoholic wife, who is now an ex. So in all the turmoil the cars were gone.
Now all I have is early A stuff because it's affordable and don't get me wrong I love these cars but they just don't carry that muscle car vibe of a Cuda or Coronet R/T if you know what I mean. Fast forward to last Friday. I'm working in my shed and can see the road when a Diesel Ram rides by stops, backs up and pulls in my driveway. I'm thinking who is this? Turns out it was a friend from 20 years ago. He had gotten my 70 Challenger 6 cyl. conv. and I had traded his son a 68 Dart GT conv. 318 4spd for a 67 Coronet R/T. After initial pleasantries he says do I know anybody who wants to buy 2 convertibles? I said yea me and a deal was stuck. I got the Dart home last Saturday and the Challenger home yesterday. What a crazy week!!!
