That's been tested multiple times over the last 50 years on all manufacturing platforms. You should be able to google multiple dyno comparisons. Depending on the other parts in the engine, headers will add 25-50hp. 25 on a stock-ish motor and closer to 50 or more on something that will flow a lot of air, like a 408 with TF heads.
