Swapping X's for Trick Flows

I'll take the choked exhaust flow over the asthmatic head everytime.
The point is it's just amazing to only be 200 bucks from even shitty headers that would carry their weight at least through 5000 rpm as to where after that...a 700 dollar step tti would keep the torque/hp pulling though 7+rpm.
None of it was meant to be assholish.. some people should just lighten up. A normal secure response would have been 'oh yeah I'm saving up for those but I just couldn't wait so I had to try it out'. Big deal

I think several people took my comment the wrong way.
If you go back and read what i said, i made clear if the OP didn't have the dough to buy the headers it was understandable. In fact i think i said that twice.
What my comment was referencing was the guy who posted the following.... “ i like that you are using exhaust manifolds with these heads” ..... that is the exact quote my comments were directed to.
Sorry, there is nothing to like about that. Its like liking the fact you have a 5/16 fuel line feeding a blown hemi.
Even the OP is saying he cant wait to get headers on it. I agree, and am in no way dogging him because he is waiting to get the dollars together. Its great he has the car running. I do apologize if the OP thought i was making fun. I wasn't, and wouldn't. My comment was 100% directed at the quote i reposted above.
And after having slept on it, i still feel the same. It was a dumb.... maybe more accurately, a missplaced thought.
