67's didn't have them, 68's were round and 69's were rectangular, (70 and later I wouldn't be able to tell you) When I have bought steel fenders or quarters I always ordered for a 1967 because I think the smoother look is much more appealing.
Moving on from there, it is possible to mount the side parkers from 68 and 69 fenders and quarters in to 67 steel or glass parts. I'd smooth the quarters and leave the glass fenders as is. People will assume you have a 1967 and in my opinion it will look cleaner.
