Mitsubishi Minicab- Anyone know anything about them?

I used to work at a golf course that used them for beverage carts.

Some are highway legal, some are not.

If it has no title, that suggests either it is not legal for road use, or the title was lost and will be fun getting another (if it;s not stolen)

I would get a title and VIN plate off a totaled Peterbuilt. Mount the VIN plate, a set of full size chrome stacks, maybe a miniature fifth wheel in the back.
If you ever get pulled over tell the officer it got stuck in a truck wash and shrunk
