^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^GREAT!
I HAVE A FAST 2.0 THROTTLE BODY SET UP ON MY 440/505" WEDGE, I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE THEM COME UP WITH AN ADAPTABLE MALE/FEMALE PLUG THAT COULD BE CUT IN THE THROTTLE BODY main LINE RIGHT BEHIND THE THROTTLE BODY. I F I PULL MY INTAKE , I HAVE TO LAY THE DAM THROTTLE BODY TO THE SIDE, "CAN'T UNHOOK IT FROM THE HARNESS , WITH TO SCREEN MOUNTED INSIDE THE CAR. OTHER THAN THAT AND THE WHOLE SET UP BEING MORE CHEVY FRIENDLY , THAN MOPAR FRIENDLY , I have "no" complaints with it at all.!
I haven't had any of the trouble with it that the guys on here have talked about with the other brands !!
As always disregard the caps, cant keep my dam fingers off of the button .
P.S.
I mentioned this to Dave once a few yrs back, he said then they didn't have one -----------

Can't promise anything, but if you post a picture of what you're talking about & understand the issue and when i get there and settled in I'll look into it.

I have never been able to post pics on here, tried everything everybody has suggested.
The main wires coming out of the back of the throttle body, need to have a male/female plug, so it could be unplugged and the throttle body, taken clear out of the engine bay , when working on the engine . Simple male/female set up----
Hope I said that right ! Like I said, I have had no problems with anything so far! Love being able to tune from the drivers seat !!

Everything, every product from Comp, FAST, TCI, ZEX, RHS,,,ect

I get to work on robots and all kinds of automated production machines, but I'm still jealous!!
Congratulations and good luck. At least you won't need as much insulation on your shop walls.

Is this like yours?
The 8 injector Easy 2.0 tb i have has a 2ft connector. Not sure if all applications are similar.

BTW: Window's "Snipping Tool" makes posting pics an EASY Cut & Paste operation. You can find it under "Windows Accessories"

Yes it`s the 2.0 , I have my screen inside the car, the plug entrance thru the firewall is pretty much sealed, I do not want to get in the dash and remove the plug off of the screen , PAIN IN THE A$$ ! I would have to pull the cover off the back of the throttle body to unhook it from the throttle body itself, and I am not sure if that can even be done= still a pain in the A$$.
A simple male /female plug behind the throttle body would be perfect .

The build has been delayed for the last few months due to the pos 7.25 axle destroying itself, lack of facilities at our new place(no 220v for compressor or welder) and just a lot of work needed for the new house.

While towing the Dart and still 4hrs from our new home in Memphis last month, the right axle bearing let go and pushed out and left me stranded. The damn 7-1/4 couldn't even get towed without blowing up.

I was able to get it turned around but I wasn't going to trust it another 4hrs on the road

I have a 8-1/4 with a 4.56 Suregrip, 175lb/in Hypercoil Leaf Springs, nearly ready to go in. Only hang up is finding a decent place to get my aluminum driveshaft shorted.

Sux, hope you get it up and running soon. Driveshaft shops are usually readily available if not you might find a shop to simply ship to and have them cut to your specs.

Made some decent progress this morning

Yanked out the pos 7-1/4

Got the Hypercoil 175lb/in composite springs mocked up the Dr.Diff offset shackles and spring perch. The spring perch had a .66" pilot hole but my Hyperco had a 1/2 pin. There was a bit too much slop so I added a small bushing.

Progress was halted because my OCD engineer side just had to check out the 8-1/4 was setup proper. spoiler: it wasn't

I'm no expert but the Googles says the wear pattern suggest the pinion is close. I put on the new crush sleeve and crept up on it and not much change. So the Diff needs adjusted but I don't have the 4' tool handy to get to the bearing adjusters. It'll have to wait a few more days.

My buddy always used to set the gears up deep like that. His explanation was that under power the gears deflect and the pattern moves more towards the center. He set up the 8 3/4 that is in my car now that way and no issues.

What a brilliant idea to swap that motor into a Dart!
I'm planning to swap one of those motors as well, but just to an older Jeep, not a A body. Did you find out if the speed input was neccessary for the PCM to work properly?

In my few trips around the block, no mph didn't seem to make any difference. I still intend to install something so the cruise control works properly.

Great, thanks! That sure helps to keep things simple, at least when one can live without cruise control and such.

Another setback with this 8.25.
This is what the left adjuster looked like when i pulled the diff. Not sure how that could have happened.

While I'm waiting on a new adjuster I moved the spring perches 1/2" inboard.

I picked up this welder cheap off Craigslist last week. Its a HF brand Titanium 200. Its both 220v or 110v and can do MIG, TIG or Stick weld. Its pretty awesome so far

Seems to do just fine.

A little black paint to and she's ready to go once the parts are here to install the differential.
