Yep, and as said -I was not changing at that point... But to your question, it was ‘stable’. Maybe too stable. It just seems like there was no bonding or any interaction at all where it peeled. I think the spray can version is actually better than quarts due to different solvent base. Never had a problem with same topcoat over Rustoleum primer spray bombs in engine bay.
