My guess (a WAG type guess because I'm not seeing it under magnification) is those spots you are seeing is oil specks from detonation knocking the ring seal loose. Not enough detonation to pull aluminum yet.
When they are aluminum they will be shiny and look like little balls under magnification.
Again, that's looking at a picture with a naked eye and no magnification.
It's definitely on the edge though. I'd be scared. And I like to run right at max kill and hope for the best, but that's over the line for me.
