I think he meant one of his Exhaust Manifolds cracked

That still isn't due to powder coating anything LOL ... and exhaust manifolds are NOT the thing to powder coat no matter what. Cosmetic powders (i.e., not "high temp") are generally able to withstand 500-600 degrees and even high temp powders are only good to around 1,200 degrees. Exhaust components get a lot hotter than that, especially at the heads. Ceramic coating is the best choice for those.

Exhaust manifold cracked. Anodizing works great on those though; good enough for gun actions, good enough for manifolds.
