Yes they are tubeless if you can get air in to them. lol

The other thing about tubeless on these open face rims is the fact there is no beadlock. So if you don't run with 75 lb or more the bead will pop loose going around a corner.
So I kind of like the idea of having a tube in there so that the bead doesn't come loose from the rim.

I have same wheels on my trailer. Lol. The way I learned to get the beads seated on them is to run a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire, down the center of the tread. As you tighten the strap it will force the tire sidewalls out. Get some air in, loosen the strap and then finish airing up the tire.
