Not sure what you are trying to say about the "Cuda" name? It first appeared on a 1969 Barracuda as an option package with it spelled out on the front fender with twin scoops on the hood and a special black out stripe package. So the Cuda was a 69 car which was not an E Body but an A Body. Just my 2 cents

Some E-body folks will be schooled this year at Carlisle. Have talked this plenty and dismissed as a kook! 69 A-Body fish were the first period!

There was a Cuda 340, a Cuda 383 and the infamous 440 Cuda. The factory got it right when they put the 440 ahead on the striping!
