It is all done with docu sign. On line....My realtor has the check.

We did it all by docu-sign here too but we all had to be in person at closing, show I.D. and then when it was all agreed to be correct, final checks were handed over.
I guess every state is different.

Good Evening All! Got an email from the body shop, duster is going in on the 25th woo hoo! Tomorrow not so fun, 10 a.m. HOA meeting, at least it's across the street and we can just carry our lawn chairs over there!
